2) Eligibility & Account

3) Orders & Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept when we send an order confirmation email and/or when payment is captured. Electronic communications form valid contracts under Malaysian law, and electronic signatures are recognised.

4) Pricing, Payments & Taxes

  • Prices are in MYR and may change without notice until your order is accepted.
  • We may correct obvious price/stock errors; if we cancel, we will refund any payment received.
  • Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card details.
  • Displayed amounts may exclude shipping, duties, or taxes, shown at checkout where applicable.

5) Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • Estimated delivery times are for guidance. Delays can occur due to courier or external events.
  • Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provide.
  • Please track parcels and contact the courier or us promptly if issues arise.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Non-Returnable Items

Please review our Shipping & Returns page for the current policy and timelines. For hygiene and limited-drop reasons, some items (e.g., scarves worn, final-sale items) may be non-returnable unless faulty.

7) Product Information

  • We aim to display colours and measurements accurately; minor colour variance and ±1.5 inch sizing tolerance are normal.
  • Stock is limited and may sell out quickly; placing items in cart does not reserve stock.

8) Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, or harmful activities.
  • No scraping, automated harvesting, or interfering with site operations.

9) Intellectual Property

All content (designs, images, text, logos) is owned by Nizu or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission.

10) Reviews & User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you grant Nizu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing or site operation. You confirm you own or have rights to the content and that it is not unlawful, misleading, or infringing. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

11) Privacy

Your use of the site is subject to our Privacy Policy. We follow Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) principles and disclose required seller information and policies on our website.

12) Third-Party Services & Links

We use third-party providers (payments, shipping, analytics, messaging). Their services and privacy practices are governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites you access via links on our site.

13) Warranty Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded under consumer laws.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nizu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to your purchase will not exceed the price paid for the relevant order. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Nizu against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

16) Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we suspect breach, fraud, or misuse, or to protect users or our systems.

17) Changes to the Site & Terms

We may update products, prices, and policies at any time. If we change these Terms, we will post the new version with the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

20) General

  • If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver of rights is effective unless in writing.
