How fast will my order arrive?
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 pm (MYT) usually leave our Selangor studio the same or next business day. After dispatch, delivery takes 1–3 business days in Peninsular Malaysia and 2–5 business days in Sabah and Sarawak.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your postcode and the weight of your parcel. You will see the available couriers and their prices before you pay. We ship worldwide (except Israel); for orders outside Malaysia, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
How does "Buy 5, get 1 free" work?
For every 5 pairs of the same style in your bag, we add 1 free pair automatically — 10 pairs get 2 free (Bawal Cotton Voile 48: buy 4, get 1 free). Mix any colours within the style; Hijrah Handsock and Hijrah Handsock Mini are counted separately. The free pair is a random colour chosen by our packing team.
What is the difference between Hijrah Handsock and Hijrah Handsock Mini?
Both are free size, breathable cotton with 4-way stretch, sold as one pair. Pick by your sleeve: with fitted sleeves that already reach the wrist, choose Hijrah Handsock Mini (8″ / 20 cm) — light and easy, a great first pair. With wide or loose sleeves, choose Hijrah Handsock (13″ / 33 cm): long enough to stay covered past the elbow when your sleeve rides up. Elastic opening 9″ vs 8″, wrist 5.6″ on both (from the size charts; allow 1–2″).
Fitted sleeves? Go Mini. Wide sleeves? Go Hijrah Handsock.

We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour or size, so please check the colour and size notes before you order. If an item arrives defective or we sent the wrong one, email orders@bynizu.com with your order number and photos — we will replace or refund it, including reasonable return shipping.
